You’ll be lucky if you can lose anything more than one kilo in a week let alone ten kilos. If anyone told you that were possible, then they were probably wrong. Even if something like that was possible, I can’t imagine that it would be healthy to lose so much weight so fast. So I’d advise you not to try something like that. If you want to lose weight, take your time over it and lose weight using the traditional methods of diet and exercise. But if you are still in a hurry, the only thing you can do is to go for a liposuction procedure and reduce weight.
