to reduce 10 kgs, you need to do combination of resistance exercises and cardio exercises. resistance exercises includes crunches, push ups, machine exercises, etc. And cardio exercises like running ,jogging, Brisk walking, swimming, cycling. A weight loss exercise plan consist of both exercises in a day atleast for 5/week.The resistance exercises should be done atleast for 20 min and cardio exercises should be done atleast 40 min a day.
