    Hi Pranita,
    Loosing abdominal fats have the combination of workout and diet. If your body fat percentage is higher then its better you make a combination aerobic and weight training exercises. You need to do aerobic exercises regularly for 45 min and weight training exercises every alternate days for 15-20 min. And if your body fat percentage is in normal range then its better you include only weight training exercises will help to reduce abdominal fats.
