In winter, you need to keep both your body and feet warm. Poor circulation of blood in the feet can lead to cold feet. Keep your feet well covered with warm woolen socks. Use microfiber socks if you are allergic to wool. Hot water bottles can help warm up cold feet. A warm foot soak before you sleep is very beneficial and will keep your feet warm at night. Drink lots of fluids during the day. Your meals should include whole grains, spices and fresh fruits and vegetables of the season. Foot exercises will also help prevent cold feet as it will improve blood circulation and provide warmth.
