    Increasing immunity system is of immense importance for a human body to stay healthy. You can increase the immunity of your body in a number of ways. One of the best ways of doing it is to exercise regularly. It is only because of regular exercise that my father is fitter than he was 6 years back. Apart from boosting your immunity system, a regular exercise also helps in the reduction of stress and makes you feel good about yourself. Eating a balanced diet along with fresh fruits and vegetables also plays a vital role in increasing your body's immunity. Another natural way of boosting your body's immunity system is to laugh your heart out. Lemon has also proved to be a favorable element that helps in boosting the immunity system. Drinking and adding lemon to your food can act as a fatal factor in increasing the immunity system of your body.

    Some of the tips which helps to increase immunity are as follows-
    1. Increase your intake of protein: Protein is considered as most important building blocks for healthy body and mind. These proteins are also helpful to boost your immune system.
    2. Avoid caffeine: Chocolate and coffee are two worst things that mainly interferes the functioning of your body immune system and are also capable of showing adverse affects on your health too. Caffeine mainly robs away your body’s minerals and vitamins and leads to dehydration. So, in order to boost up your immune system, try to stay away from coffee and chocolate. If you take one cup of coffee, then add two more additional glasses of water to your regular intake of water.
    3. Drink lots of water: Most of the head aches and dehydration problems are mainly due to reduced intake of water. Therefore, boost up your immune system by drinking plenty of water.
    4. Drink lemon: Lemon is an ideal source for restoring acid-alkali balance in your body. Try to squeeze out juice from lemon and add sufficient amounts of water to it. Drink this solution of lemon juice which helps your body to maintain internal climate at a particular PH level, which will help healthy bacteria to survive and destroys other harmful viruses.
    5. Get sufficient night sleep: The nature of your body and also immune system always differs from others. Your body may require 6 to 10 hours of minimum sleep while others may require a minimum of eight hours of sleep. So try to consult your personal health care provider and take necessary suggestions.
    6. Regular exercises: Practicing regular body workouts not only improve your blood circulation, but also help to boost your immune system.

    Vitamin C : It is one of excellent antioxidant which helps to boost of your immunity. Vitamin C is found in alma, orange , lemon, sweet lime , guava, etc.It increase the production of infection fighting , white blood cells & antibodies & increase levels of Interferon ,which prevents the entry of vitrus. Vitamin E , Vutamin A . Minerals , spices are aslo helps to boost up the immunity power in your body.

    Exercise not only helps your immunity system fights off but it decreases the incidence of illnesses like heart disease , cancer , etc. Physical activity may helps to flushing out the bacteria from the body(this will helps you to decreasing the chance of a cold , flu or other airborne illness) by increasing waste output like sweat , urine& motion . And physical activity helps to increasing the circulating of whiteblood cells & antibodies , they could detect illness eariler than might normally . It makes more healthy & fresh .

    Life style modification : Avoiding smoking , alcohol. Keep ur mind in relax , Sleep at-least for 6-7 hrs, wash ur hands properly before taking the meal .
