    Things that you need to improve by eating Vitamins,Antioxidants(Polyphenols),Phytochemicals & increasing Exercise,good Sleep,Relaxation to mind as well as body.Vitamins include both fat soluble & water soluble vitamins .

    Drinking green tea which makes your immunity to increase & keeps your immune system funtioning properly which inhibits the growth of bad bacteria in the intestine. Consuming more of colourful fruits & vegetables which is rich in antioxidant & this promoting the good health& immunity.

    Eating plenty of protein(building block)foods which is helpful for a healthy body, mind, and immune system.Include herb tea & herb in your diet like ginger , onion , garlic , cloves etc,.

    Exercise also helping to increase immunity.
