For improving your heart, bones and your energy do regular exercise. Incorporate ways of including lemon in your diet. They help in promoting healthy bacteria in your body and warding off bad viruses. Try to get at least, six to eight hours of sleep at night. And, make it a rule to drink plenty of water. Eliminate all kinds of caffeinated drinks, sugars, and unhealthy fats from your diet. These practices would help you bid farewell to your sick days.

    @ Mridula , hi apart from the above mentioned things , vit c is also responsible for immunity , try taking glass of warm water and lemon every day in the morning or before going to bed , helps in 2 ways , it detoxifies the body by flushing the toxins out , keeps your metabolism active and most important helps in building up the immunity.
