First of all,Brush your teeth 2-3 times a day after havin meals help you to get white teeth.
    # Avoid smoking,Smoking can lead to yellowish and after brown teeth so you should quit smoking.
    # Less intake of tea and coffee will also help.
    # Try to brush your teeth will help in whitening.
    # Prepare a baking soda paste and brushing with that give a good result but do not use it regularly as it can make them weak as well.Once or twice in a week is fine.
    # Eat a teeth whitening diet. Apples and strawberries are natural cleansers to make sure you include at least one portion in your daily diet.
    # Just try to cut down sweets, chocolates as they can develop cavities and can make your teeth ugly.

If aiming for whiter teeth, use a whitening toothpaste, floss, rinse with mouthwash, and use a whitening gel tray or strip. Keep in mind overuse of a whitening gel can irritate the gums. And avoid dark caffeinated beverages such as coffee, tea and soda as they can stain teeth.
