Nails comprise of a protein called-keratin.Thus for healthy nails ones diet should be very good in proteins.Some rich sources of protein are-non vegetarian foods,fish,eggs,milk and milk products,nuts and oilseeds,grams and pulses.

Some of tips: To keep ur nails hydrates- rub a small amount of aloe vera jelly or castrol oil on th nails , it helps to moisturize maintains ur nails. Add 1 glass of milk & hard boiled egg in ur diet to increase ur zinc content for healthy nails.
