Falling sick often can be extremely depressing and could be the result of a weak immune system. You can build up your immune system with very little effort. Eat a balanced, healthy diet and your immunity levels will automatically rise. Hygiene is important. Keep your hands clean with regular washing. It will reduce the chances of falling sick. Exercise moderately. Thirty minutes of exercise for three to four days a week boosts your immunity. Don’t get stressed out. It leaves you feeling exhausted and thus lowers your body’s defenses against infection. Sleep well. These simple lifestyle changes can help strengthen your immune system.
