A good nutritionist is as critical to your weight loss program as a physical trainer. A nutritionist helps to clean up your eating habits and will also draw up the kinds of food that are most suited to your weight loss goals. It’s important to get a nutritionist who is sympathetic to your targets and who can empathize with your lifestyle. You could always consult a nutritionist who is attached to a hospital. Or you could ask around at the various gyms in your area. You are sure to get a list of names. Interview them to establish your comfort levels. Go in for a nutritionist who is experienced, friendly and is supportive even when you stray from your diet plan.
