    Okay, just so you know, high intensity training involves putting your body through some serious stress, so you have to be really committed to shaping up your physique and looking like a Greek god. High intensity interval training involves cardio exercises performed with high intensity. If you want to follow such training, you should warm up on the treadmill for 5 minutes and then workout to your maximum intensity for a minute. Stop immediately after this, and give your body some time to recover, for around four minutes. Start again and repeat the workout two or three times, wrapping up your workout in twenty to twenty five minutes.
