    To dissolve a calcium kidney stone, mix 1 cup of concentrated Lemon Juice with 1 quart of water and drink it. Repeat this process twice more in a 24 hour period. Increase fiber intake, Drink plantain stem juice(without filter) with pepper - twice a day , Drink at-least 4-5 liter of water per day.

    Water or fluids in any form will help to dissolve kidney stones. So drink as much water and fluids as you can in a day. Barley water has also shown good results in dissolving the stones.

    Drinking water is important to maintain many health benefits .Regulate appetite,increase metabolism,boost energy levels,less water retention,alleviate some headaches,help reduce blood pressure,help reduce high cholesterol,decrease in risk of some cancers,less chance developing kidney stones. INcreasing high fiber foods can also helpful for relieving the kidney stone. Drink 1 glass of green plantain stem juice daily in the morning- This is more effective kidney stones.
