Have 2 glasses of water early in the morning. Have small and frequent meals. Avoid spicy and pungent foods. Have Amla juice and Triphala everyday. And above all don't take stress and relax and do breathing exercise.

Learn some of the relaxation techniques, breathing exercises, music therapy, etc. Along with this engage yourself in some physical activity like exercise, some outdoor sports etc. Keep your meal timings fixed and take adequate amount of sleep at night.
