    If you’re feeling hungry all the time you must be pregnant. Ha Ha. In most cases dehydration is mistaken for hunger and drinking plenty of water should solve your problem. If it doesn’t then it probably means that you have a big stomach. Try eating small amounts of food in small intervals. This way the body gets the required energy in small and measured amounts. An occasional glass of milk or a cookie is the best treatment for an ever hungry stomach.

    Some of tips:
    * Drink bottle gourd juice (don't filter) daily in the morning which helps to reduce hunger level & good for weight loss.
    * Drink 1 glass of water before going for meals .
    * Drink plenty of water daily to maintain ur hunger.
    * PLan a diet for 5-6small meals.
