    Digestive problems can start if you are not chewing your food properly always chew food slowly & thoroughly. It would prevent the ingestion of a large amount of air and will also help digestion of carbohydrates.
    *Ginger can also provide great relief in indigestion and the resulting flatulence.
    *Some other popular flatulence remedies are fennel seeds, cinnamon, clove, cardamom seeds, cumin and coriander.
    *Increase fluid intake.
    *to relieve this problem, the simplest remedy is to consume carbonated water. Consuming soda results in belching and automatically helps relieve the problem of gas.
    Generally, home remedies and over the counter medications, along with dietary changes and increasing fluid intake are sufficient to provide relief from gas and flatulence problems.
    walking for 10-15 min post meal will also help in the same
