If you over indulge yourself, get ready to bear the repercussions. A throbbing, pounding hangover headache is one of the worst parts of going on a drinking binge. However, don’t despair. A close friend of mine swears that he has the perfect cure for the killer headache. Just drink lots of water or a sports drink before going to bed. A hangover headache is caused by dehydration and fluids are therefore helpful. Other experienced voices claim that a bit of honey or tomato juice replenishes the depleted glucose levels and thus prevents a headache. Also be sure not to drink on an empty stomach. Eat even as you drink. The food absorbs the alcohol and delays its release in the blood stream. The best cure for a hangover headache is, of course, complete abstinence.

Drink fruit juice. Like the drinking water method of curing a hangover, drinking plenty of fruit juice can be a good method to adopt in your journey for how to cure a hangover. You'll replenish some of the liquid that you've lost when you created your hangover in the first place. You'll also benefit from the vitamins contained in the fruit juice. If you can get hold of it, try pink grapefruit juice as this helps your body in lots of other ways as well
