As temperatures soar, your body feels the heat. Rising body temperature dehydrates your body and thus leaves you with a perpetual feeling of exhaustion. Fluids are the right way to cool down your body. Cold soups, water, fruit juices can work wonders to revive and refresh your body. Consume fruits and vegetables with high water content. This includes water melons, cucumbers, corn and summer squash. You could also try sweating it out. The more you sweat, the faster your body cools down. So bite into some red hot peppers. It might set your palate aflame, but will definitely chill you out. And, hey, please don’t reach out for that temptingly cold ice cream. Eating it will cool down your body temporarily, but raise up your temperature in the long run.

Water is also important to fitness and fat loss for several reasons including the following:Water fills us up without adding any calories,Dehydration will degrade a person’s ability to exercise and burn calories,Dehydration will reduce protein synthesis which is needed to build or repair muscles. And maintains the temperature.
