Cool your body heat by drinking lots of water, vegetable and fruit juices. Seasonal fruits and vegetables are ideal for cooling body heat. Fruits and vegetables are loaded with high water content and are excellent coolers for the body. You can gorge on salads of fruits and vegetables to keep your system cool. Seasonal fruits like watermelon, Honey dew melon, Cantaloupes, citrus fruits like oranges; lemons are great for cooling the body heat. You can eat them plain, juice up, or make a smoothie. Cucumbers, radishes, leafy greens, and lettuce are all great for lowering body heat. Herbs like mint and peppermint have amazing cooling properties. Use them to make some nice refreshing tea.
