    Anxiety is a situation in which you have feeling of worry,tensions,stress.fear,nervousness and mood swings. which can be cured by following tips-
    # First thing in the morning is you can start your day with yoga Asana's like Pranayam.Pranayam is a breathing technique in which you inhale with nose and exhale with mouth.Doing this regularly will help to take out stress and will help in Anxiety.It will also help in leaving you fresh for the whole day.
    # Try meditation daily for 20-30 minutes or When ever you are facing the situation you can try meditation as well.You can go at a peaceful and lonely place.Then sit at a place,Close your eyes and breath normally.You can also pronounce the word 'OM' by repeating this word will help in relaxing your mind and body,and will give you a relax feeling,which will also help in curing Anxiety.
    # Eat good food,Include fresh fruits and vegetables,Drink lot of water.If you are fit and healthy definitely you will have fit and peaceful mind as well.
    # You can also try some aerobic exercise,dance for 20-30 minutes daily.will help you in reliving from stress and also help in maintaing your health.

    * To help bring an anxiety attack under control the best thing a person can do is actually put themselves in a quiet place.
    * If your anxiety attack is a result that you feel you have lost control then you need to start doing something that makes you feel as you have control over your life once more. It could be something as simple as doing some household chores or going for a walk. The reason why this is a good way of helping to get control over your anxiety attacks is because you begin to feel better about yourself.
    * The most effective way of helping yourself when it comes to how to control anxiety attacks is to learn some breathing exercises. When an attack takes place your forget to breathe correctly and this can only make matters worse. Just by standing still and breathing in very deeply and slowly will soon help you to gain control over the way you feel and deal with the situation.
