Cholesterol can be controlled naturally by following a proper diet and by doing regular exercise.
*Include fiber rich foods in your diet.
*Include foods like oats, flaxseeds, fish, garlic in your diet. These reduce the cholesterol naturally.
*Exercise for atleast 40-45 min daily.

Hi Niharika..Cholesterol levels can be reduced drastically by reducing your intake of butter, cream, cheese, ghee, whole fat milk, egg yolk, red meat, organ meats, deep fried foods, bakery products, processed foods and all the junk foods. All of them are high in saturated fats and cholesterol. And did you know that khoya or thickened milk based sweets are also high in cholesterol??? THese should be avoided as well. Options can be the chenna based sweets which are comparatively low in fats.
