Blocked ears can occur due to a number of reasons like air pressure changes when travelling, water entering your ears during a swim or while taking a dive etc. It can be painful and irritating. It’s normal for anyone to want to clear their blocked ears immediately. Yawning and swallowing air is a surefire way to help clear blocked ears. It’s a simple, yet effective technique. Using a steam pad over the ears would help relieve pressure in the ears and clear up sinuses. The steam pad also helps to dry up water that could have accumulated in the ears causing blockage. It’s advisable not to use your fingers or buds to clean blocked ears.
