Cleaning teeth at home is a safe and effective way to cut down on your visits to the dentist. It also ensures your teeth remain sparkling white all the time. Home remedies are best to keep your teeth clean forever. To keep plague and tartar build up on your pearly white teeth, have them rubbed with a paste of baking soda. You could use the insides of an orange peel to rub on your teeth or some strawberries that can be mashed and used like toothpaste. Another natural tooth cleansing ingredient is a mixture of salt and lemon juice. Try it on your teeth and watch them sparkle. Get yourself an electric toothbrush. It helps remove 98% of plague.
