How to build six pack abs?

    Six pack abbs requires requires a resistance training exercises and a proper proteinious diet . Resistance exercises includes the crunches, Reverse crunches, Heel touch , abbs cycling, 90* abbs crunches, etc. Do these exercises atleast for 20-30 min 5/week .Also include some of the cardio activities like Brisk walk ,Jogging, Running, Swimming, etc and try doing this exercises atleast for 30 min 6/week .Cardio activity will help reducing fat from your body and resistance exercises will help shaping up your abbs so as to get a six pack abbs. Also protein diet with least calories is really important to build muscles so diet also plays an important role to make a six pack.

    Building six pack abbs is not so easy. It requires the combination of healthy diet and regular exercises. Exercises are should include daily of cardio workout and alternate days of abbs training exercises.

    You really need to work hard to get six packs abs. First thing you need to focus is to reduce unwanted layer of fat around the abdomen. Since, abdomen is the natural area for fat deposition getting rid of abdominal fat should be the prime moto. Aerobic exercises like walking, jogging, stair climbing, running, swimming etc. can to be done in order to burn fat. Simultaneously you have to focus on strengthening exercises to tone your abs muscles. Exercises like basic abdominal crunches, oblique crunches, reverse crunches, static abs etc. has to be done. You can gradually progress by using medicine balls or weights. Crunches on swiss ball and bosu ball can also be done in later stages of progression. Along with balanced pre planned exercise regime, being consistent to exercises program is also equally important to get an effective abs.
