Some tips which can help you to beat the feeling of lethargy are as follows-
    * The first and important thing is have proper food.Do no skip your meals and start your day with a good breakfast as it helps to kick start your metabolism and helps you to feel energetic.
    * Food is fuel. Consume rice and grains, complex carbohydrates and five portions of fruit and vegetables to gain the maximum energy from food. Opt for fruits such as orange and strawberries which are high in vitamin C and may support the immune system. Eating unsaturated fats such as that found in avocado, nuts, seeds and vegetable oils will keep energy levels stable and help the body absorb essential vitamins.
    * Drink plenty of water.Dehydration can be a huge contributing factor towards tiredness and sluggishness. The body is made up of 70% water, and reductions in fluid levels can cause lethargy, confusion and irritability as well as headaches. Aim to drink eight to 10 glasses a day to keep energy levels up and stay well hydrated.
    * Take proper rest.At least sleep for 6-8 hours.
    * Exercise also plays an important role in beating the feeling of lethargy. So try to exercise regularly for 40-45 minutes will help.
