During monsoon, maximum food borne disease and bacterial infection occurs. So extra care should be taken during as because water is the carrier of most of the disease. Avoid eating outside as much as possible. Avoid drinking fruit juices and milkshakes outside. According to Ayurveda avoid having too many salty food items as it may lead to water retention and bloating. Maintain general hygiene. Have bitter foods like bitter gourd ( karela) and Neem leaves as it acts protects your body from infection. And Above all beware of mosquitoes.
