    That would depend on a lot of factors. If you are approaching menopause then your body will be going through numerous hormonal changes and there are a few things that you can do to naturally balance the hormones. Eating right and staying fit is the best option. Eating things like cauliflower, broccoli, chards, brussel sprouts, kang kung,( that;s not some form of kung fu) spinach and other green leafy vegetables can be a good way to restore some balance. Use lots of turmeric when you cook, this is also helpful. Other than that you can also opt for citrus fruits and oils extracted from coconut and olives.
