Doing Ramadan might cause gastric problems in some because of long hours of fasting and it can be overcome by making some changes in the diet. Like drink less tea or coffee as it might lead to acidity and cause stomach pains. Try having a low fat meal which is less spicy so it is easy to digest. Have more of fruits in the night during lifter and divide it into 2 meals, don't sleep immediately after it. Eat slowly and chew your food well. Also drink water in between meals and not with your meals. These changed will reduce your problems.
