Absolutely I agree with the above discussion. It also depends upon how your metabolism is by nature, your tendency to lose or gain weight easily or through difficulty and you plus you will power and amount of dedication and hard work you out in to achieve your goals.
hi Pooja, According to ACSM (American college of Sports Medicine), it is advisable to lose 1 pound per week. You need to be very consistent with your weight loss program and stay motivated to lose weight gradually.
