How many calories should I be burning...

I am eating 1400-1600 calories a day. How many calories should I be burning to lose weight?

I have started exercising and lowering my calorie intake a few weeks ago. But I feel tired after a short time.

Do as much exercise as you can. You just need to burn more calories than your body require daily to lose weight.

You feel tired because you have just started exercising. In a week or two, it will all go away.

The calories that you should be having daily depends upon your weight loss goal and your current daily calorie requirement.

If you login into your LifeMojo account and set a weight goal, you will start seeing your calorie requirement for the day with a weekly calorie budget. Just follow that and lose your weight. I myself have lost close to 3kg in 1 months.

    Hey Chetan,
The amount of calories burning in a day depends on your activity level. More you are active , less calories you need to burn in a day. You can burn calories by knowing the amount of calories burnt in an individual exercise.
