    Almonds,Baked beans,Banana,Broccoli,Brussel sprouts,Cabbage,Calcium-fortified bread,Calcium-fortified breakfast cereal,Calcium-fortified orange juice,Calcium-fortified soy milk,Cheese,Chickpeas (Chhole),Cowpeas,Eggnog,Milk,Okra,Peas,Salmon,Sardines,Sesame seeds,Shrimp,Spinach,Tofu,Turnip greens,White beans,Yogurt.
