    Eating soup is a great way to include more healthy vegatables to your diet.Soups are warming and satisfying, adding a nourishing comfort to your day. It contains vitamins, mineral and antioxidant content which helps lower the risks of cancer and heart disease.If u are focusing for wt lose then soup is best option to include more vegetables or greens soups which is low in calories . Your immune system needs more of vitamins and minerals to increase metabolism & for proper function.so make it a point to eat more soup to get the health benefits of it.

    Soups are very nourishing and soothing beverages. To make the soup more healthy and less calorie dense,prefer home made soups than the packed ones. Secondly do not use corn starch or refined flour for thickening as it adds on to calories. And thirdly avoid bread crumbs,cream or butter as seasoning. Tomato soup,spinach soup,mix veg soup,beetroot soup and chicken soup are some good options.
