Shoulder and neck pain can be because of many reasons. Neck pain have several causes. It may be because of muscles strain or ligament injury, muscles fatigue, etc. Neck pain may be found is many peoples who live a sedentary lifestyle and working in front of a computer. We need to look forward while we work on computer .Also try to take frequent break once in each 2 hrs and do some 1 min stretches for neck so as to avoid neck stiffness . Shoulder pain can be because of muscles stiffness , ligament injury, impingement or the bad posture. Posture has to be corrected and strengthen the muscles of back and shoulder muscles so as to relieve impingement and improve the posture.
