How can i use tulsi leaves in daily life for good health?

    hi poonam , tulsi has various health benefits, it helps in trating fever, asthama and other respiratory disorders, lung diseases, heart problems , stress, oral care,, dental care, kidney stones , skin care, eye care, head ache , anti ageing, and also improves immunity.

    you can much ion 5-10 leaves early morning on empty stomach, without brushing your teeth, or you can add tulsi to your tea, or leamonade or other drinks. you can use it for seasoning in pasta and various other preparations.

    Tulsi also called Holy Basil is the most sacred herb of India. It is considered as the "Queen of Herbs". Tulsi can be consumed in any form such as dried powder, fresh leaf, herbal tea, or mixed with ghee. If the leaves are not readily available then you can take tulsi in capsule & tincture form. Tulsi products are sold at most health-food stores.
