    Hi Dolly,
    Aerobic exercises are the best exercises to reduce tummy. Aerobic exercises can be in the form of walking, jogging, running, skipping, rowing, swimming, hiking etc. Aerobic exercises helps to lower down the overall body fat percentage there by losing the belly fat and reducing tummy. Aerobic exercises should be coupled with strengthening exercises to tone and strengthen the abdomen. Strengthening exercises like basic crunches, obiques crunches, reverse crunches etc. gives shape and firm look to abs. Along with exercises low caloric diet and active lifestyle is equally important to keep you in proper shape.

    If you want to reduce your tummy then do cycling, swimming, running and skipping on daily basis. If you do this on daily basis, i fully sure you reduce your tummy ASAP..
