Exercises and healthy diet plays an important role to reduce your weight. There are mainly two types of exercises : Cardio exercises and weight training exercises. Cardio exercises includes swimming, brisk walking, Jogging, Running, skipping etc. We need to do these exercises regularly to reduce our body fat percentage and we need to do weight training exercises like push ups, lunges, squats, etc so as to tone our body muscles.
Avoid any junk food and late night dinners so as to avoid any fat accumulation.
