High Blood Pressure

I believe The God leads me find the excellent information to control my High Blood Pressure after I have prayed about my health issue. I happen to click the google for my health project research,and the LifeMojo that I have selected for Lemon and kept browsing different food sources. Definitely those are excellent that help me understand more better as to how important my health status- High Blood Pressure. Therefore, I mostly need to think of focusing on my Life -Time because I will enter the half century for next month Birthday. Preparing my health goal to be respectful is the best key to avoid the longlasting sufferings of unhealthy issues. Is my preparation for my Birthday month to avoid the major mess of unhealth-COST?

    No problem ruth , i'm giving some tips for blood pressure.
    Small changes in your lifestyle,dietary changes & physical activity.
    "Being overweight is one of the risk for high blood pressure so If you are overweight try to reduce ur weight;Eat a diet rich in potassium, calcium & lower in sodium not only salt even like packed foods , salt biscuits , packed soups , rich gravy types.Reduce the coffee & tea consumption also. Maintain regular physical activity(this will help you to keep good circulation & mood), relax urself by hearing good music , yoga,Meditation. Hypertension people must get at least eight hours of good sleep.
    Few home remedies are following :
    1.Grapefruit is useful in preventing high blood pressure.
    2.Indian gooseberry is another effective remedy for high blood pressure. A tablespoon each of fresh indian gooseberry juice and honey mixed together should be taken every morning in this condition.
    3.Lemon is also regarded as a valuable food to control high blood pressure."
