If you are having acute heal bone pain then it might be just because of improper foot wear or improper gait. For this you can just do some a little bit of stretching and apply ice to the part to make relax your foot muscle. But if you are having this pain for more than a year or so then its better your consult a doctor as it could be a bone spur. It can be treated by just using a gel pad at your heel.
