    Hi Lenin,
Heat therapy works more superficial. It helps to reduce stress in back muscles. So if your back pain is because of tensed back muscles due to over work of back muscles and prolong desk work. Heat therapy should be taken for 15-20 min whenever you feel like to take. It will help you to relax your back muscles.
