Hangover feeling without drinking

I'm getting a hangover feeling without drinking. Last time i drank was last week. Whats happening?

    It's probably all in your head. If you had a hangover sometime back then there is a good chance that you still feel that you are in a stupor. Or it could be a sign of something else. Sometimes symptoms and hangover symptoms may seem similar. It could be that you are showing early signs of the flu. If this is the case then you better gear up for a rough ride. Vitamin C and some pills should help if you are in the early stages. Drink lots of fluids and make sure that you are hydrated. Energy drinks and electrolyte salts are ideal during times like this.

    Sounds like you're not getting enough REM sleep - that's the stage of sleep where your body actually regenerates. If you're not getting that you will feel horrible. You may have sleep apnea which is contributing to your insomnia. You should get a referral from your doctor for a sleep study. Good luck!
