    Hi Kvs,

your values are very much near normal and in range for me to mark out any deficiency .. although i feel iron is a little low ... as you are involved with weight bearing exercise , make sure your consume enough iron for your body to form good muscles.

hair loss can be due to age and heredity too ... external problems like wearing a helmet without using a scarf can lead to hair loss too .. except this , there can be other reasons like pollution responsible. you said you are already taking Dr Batra's treatment for hair loss since 2 months now ... i really wish to know what is his take on your problem.... I am only a dietician, and hence can help you with food related issues .. we have noticed some weight loss in people who have long been on weight loss diets but we advice them to intake more protein and vit c rich foods to overcome this problem , and it does help them in great deal .. probably you can try it out too .... include wgg whites, lean meats , sprouts , skimmed milk in your diet and lots of amla and lemon. see if it helps .....

    Hi Kvs,

Hair loss and thinning can be reduced by using some tips like:

Apply almond oil mixed with olive oil on scalp with few drops of lemon juice and leave it overnight. It can be washed the next day.
Consume more of healthy proteins like sprouts, tofu and soy flour which go a long way to provide a healthy source of protein.
Proper hygiene should also be observed in preventing hair loss. A combination of all good nutrition, hygienic practices and a dose of home remedies can go a long way in preventing or treating hair loss
Using a right product also matters like shampoo, conditioner, serum .
this should have the name of anti hairfall.
Always shampoo must be diluted with water then it has to be applied and latherethed rinse it off, dont apply directly.
Condotioner not to apply on scalp it has to be applied to the hair only

follow these steps will definitely help you ..
