What should I use more - Green Tea Or Green Tea Extract?

    You can use both. I don't think it makes much of a difference. Green tea is supposed to aid in weight loss and also help in digestion. Green tea is very effective for maintaining and the body. Green tea helps burn fat and gets rid of acidity in the stomach. A cup of green tea after every meal is ideal. Always opt for higher grade green teas such as Mao Jian or Sencha. Green teas are available from both Japan and china and each of them have a distinct and individual flavor. Green tea can be drunk with nothing but hot water and honey.

This means consumption of green tea make syou the body burns the alories in the higher rate, this is aiding weight loss.
