After following all the above suggestion, start with small steps like:
-Rumble and tumble with your kids. Instead of crying out in frustration because your kids are all over the place running around and making a mess in your house, do the opposite. Join them! Whatever it is theyâre doing that makes them sweat is going to be good for you, too.
-Get dirty. Housework is a low-impact exercise thatâs beneficial to you. Vacuuming, polishing, washing, mowing, raking, and any housework that involves movement are great ways for you to stay fit.
-Walk up the stairs
-Go to the grocery store. Start going through each and every aisle and when youâre done, take out your grocery list and begin shopping but this time slowly going through each aisle to shop.
-Park your car on the farthest spot from the mall.
