What is the Goal 1 for being fit?

    The first and foremost problem that many people face is the mental block. Once you decide to get fit then you should act on it immediately. If you keep putting it off then you will end up not doing anything. Your first and foremost goal should be to join a gym or some other form of exercise program. When I decided to get fit I went and joined the nearest gym on the very same day. So I suggest that you do the same. If you want to lose weight then you should start your diet as soon as possible. Never put of what you can do today for tomorrow.

    Whatever your goal is it can be achieved by setting yourself daily targets, breaking old habits, committing to training, and enjoying the process of improving yourself both physically and mentally through exercise.

    After following all the above suggestion, start with small steps like:
    -Rumble and tumble with your kids. Instead of crying out in frustration because your kids are all over the place running around and making a mess in your house, do the opposite. Join them! Whatever it is they’re doing that makes them sweat is going to be good for you, too.
    -Get dirty. Housework is a low-impact exercise that’s beneficial to you. Vacuuming, polishing, washing, mowing, raking, and any housework that involves movement are great ways for you to stay fit.
    -Walk up the stairs
    -Go to the grocery store. Start going through each and every aisle and when you’re done, take out your grocery list and begin shopping but this time slowly going through each aisle to shop.
    -Park your car on the farthest spot from the mall.
