Summer oh summer!, you need to cool down a bit. Yes there are many vegetables and fruits which help cool off your body. To start with there is cucumber, bitter gourd, potatos, mint, peas, pumpkin, bottle gourd, green beans etc., You can have fruits like papaya, water melon, pineapple, banana, grapefruit, water chestnut, strawberry, sugarcane, and star fruit. This is a never ending list. Anyways you can also have other food items like crab, chicken egg white, bamboo shoot etc. These foods help our body to maintain the temperature with the atmosphere and thus keep us healthy.
