I Feel Sick After Massage - What is the problem?

    It is said that a good massage releases toxins from your body. You must have had a large amount of toxin build up. When released you might have felt sick. Your therapist must have told you to have a lot of water? Drink plenty of water to flush out the toxins on a daily basis. If possible have a detoxifying drink. Like a green tea or lemon detox. You can also have a cucumber salad. Try and work out a bit to sweat out the toxins as well. Cheer up my friend, you will definitely feel better. Invite your friends over to improve your mood.
