I regularly fast on Mondays. And I am allowed to eat only two times a day. One time, Chapati and veggies and in the night some fruits with milk. And I can't tell you, when I sit for my lunch, my mom makes me eat like never before. I over eat both the times during the day. In the night I would eat all the fruits together and then the comes the milk with protein powder. I am worried if I am doing wrong by hogging together or will it be ok as I am not eating for the rest of the day. Please guide. Thank you.

Dr. Asa Andrews further explained that instead of fasting you can start with a small does of exercise and yoga as that would help you in achieving long term weight loss.
