    The fastest and most suitable way to lose weight fast is through a procedure known as liposuction. Many actors and actresses are now going in for the liposuction procedure. This procedure is quite safe and there is no problem of side effects. But your body will take around three to six months to heal as well. And you cannot smoke or take in any form of nicotine for one month prior to the procedure. Find a doctor that is experienced and make sure that you don't opt for a cheaper one. When it comes to cosmetic procedures it is always better to be safe.

    Hi Mamtha.... Yeah, fast weight loss exists but with zero guarantee of healthy and permanent weight loss. I would suggest you to go for a healthy weight loss targeting 3-4 kgs in a month. You need to do more of cardio training exercises for 45 min for better weight loss. Dont go for any fast weight loss options like crash diets or sauna, etc. It really wont give your good immunity.

    I agree with bhavini , fastest way of weight loss is not recommended because it is not healthy & it is not permanent weight loss. By doing diet & exercise, life style modification are gives more effective weight loss & healthy.
