Last night I went to the supermarket I noticed that an entire section has been devoted to the detoxifying teas. With such a wide variety of options, you might be wondering which ones to buy. Most brands of tea manufacturers are now producing what they claim to be are detoxifying teas. Whether these actually work or not are a different issue and you can never say unless you actually use it.
Look out for teas that contain dandelion. These are useful for detoxifying the liver and your blood. Don't use too much sugar when you are brewing these teas as well.

    Hey Gaurav,
Detoxifying tea is rich in antioxidant polyphenols (catechins, flavonols, theaflavins and thearubigins). These antioxidants are believed to be the active ingredients behind the beneficial effects of tea. Antioxidants help repair damage to cells and blood vessel walls from free radicals. They also help reduce blood clots, which could decrease the risk of a heart attack.
