Detoxifying drinks can be made at home. If you are on any medication, make sure you consult your doctor and get the go ahead on having detoxifying drinks. There are different types of drinks. The easiest to make at home is the lemon detox drink. Mix the juice of half a lemon to 4 oz of cold water, stir in with 2 tablespoons of maple syrup and a pinch of pepper or ground ginger. Add another 4 oz of cold water. Stir together, and there you are ready with your detox drink. Or you can just get some green tea and drink it.

Detoxification drinks are buttermilk, warm water with lemon, water, any fruits juices (apple, pomegranate, papaya, musk melon, watermelon, etc.) , green tea, veg juices( cucumber juice, carrot juice, etc), etc.
