does dhokla has cholesterol and please tell me does pop corn also have cholestrol

    Cholesterol is present in animal products like butter ,ghee,egg yolk and non veg items.
    It is not present in vegetable oils like sunflower ,groundnut or soyabean oil so if dhokla and popcorn are prepared in vegetable oil there will be no cholesterol.

    But beware of trans fatty acids in reused vegetable oil,which is a major contributory factor in increasing VLDL and LDL (bad cholesterol)in the body.

    Canola cooking is the only cooking oil which is cholesterol- free..........Have you tried Canola oil .......
